The 32-Second Discovery Behind “Nerve Plaque”

If you came across the little tip about pink salt and those burning, tingling sensations in your feet, there’s another part of the story that caught my attention.

It turns out the salt itself isn’t really the most interesting part.

Researchers featured in a recent presentation are talking about something they call “nerve plaque.” They say it can build up around the nerves and interfere with the signals being sent through them.

And this is where things get interesting.

Their research led to a surprisingly simple 32-second routine using everyday ingredients — including the ingredient you may have just heard about.

According to people featured in the presentation, some noticed a difference in the way their feet felt, including less burning and tingling.

The story behind it goes back to a researcher named David Moore, who reportedly spent nearly three decades looking into neuropathy after his wife, Lauren, developed severe symptoms.

The presentation also points to data involving more than 62,300 Americans, along with a study of 181 patients that reportedly showed up to a 52% reduction in pain.

That was enough to make me want to know how they connected all of this.

Because apparently, the pink salt is only one small part of the story.
